- Travel and accommodation arrangements
- Airport transfers and local transportation
- Translation and patient support services
- Post-operative care coordination
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent)
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be medically fit for travel and the proposed procedure
- Accept responsibility for your healthcare decisions
3. Medical Disclaimer
Important: Majestic Health is not a medical provider. All medical procedures are performed by independent, licensed healthcare professionals at accredited facilities. We facilitate connections but do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments.
You acknowledge that:
- All medical procedures carry inherent risks
- Results vary from patient to patient
- You are responsible for making informed decisions about your care
- You should consult with your local doctor before traveling
- The final decision regarding your suitability for any procedure rests with the treating surgeon
4. Booking and Payments
4.1 Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit amounts vary by procedure and will be communicated during the booking process.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Deposits are due at the time of booking
- The remaining balance is due upon arrival in Istanbul
- We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards
- All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to change until confirmed in writing
4.3 Cancellation Policy
- More than 14 days before procedure: Full deposit refund
- 7-14 days before procedure: 50% deposit refund or credit towards rescheduling
- Less than 7 days before procedure: Deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduling within 12 months
- No-show: Full deposit forfeited
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@majesticaesthetica.com.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate medical history and information
- Disclose all relevant health conditions, medications, and allergies
- Follow pre-operative instructions provided by your medical team
- Comply with post-operative care instructions
- Arrange appropriate travel insurance
- Ensure your travel documents (passport, visa if required) are valid
- Arrive at scheduled appointments on time
6. Package Inclusions and Exclusions
6.1 Typically Included
- Medical procedure and surgeon fees
- Hospital/clinic fees and overnight stay (where applicable)
- Hotel accommodation as specified
- Airport and clinic transfers
- Prescribed medications during your stay
- Patient coordinator support
- Translation services
6.2 Typically Excluded
- International flights
- Travel insurance
- Meals (unless specified)
- Personal expenses
- Additional treatments not included in your package
- Extended stay beyond the package duration
7. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Majestic Health is not liable for medical outcomes, complications, or results
- We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party providers
- We are not liable for travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond our control
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our facilitation services
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Majestic Health and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Before & After Photos
If you consent to share your photos:
- You grant us permission to use your before/after images for marketing purposes
- Photos may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials
- Your identity will be protected unless you specifically consent to identification
- You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us in writing
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute:
- We encourage you to contact us first to resolve issues amicably
- Complaints should be submitted in writing within 30 days of the issue arising
- We will respond to complaints within 14 business days
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye
11. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all patients:
- Obtain comprehensive travel insurance
- Ensure coverage includes medical treatment abroad
- Verify coverage for your specific procedure
- Include coverage for trip cancellation and interruption
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
